At ACECART, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds on eligible items in accordance with the following policy:

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, final sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for refunds. Please refer to the product description or contact us for clarification.

Refund Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@acecart.store within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a refund request. Please include your order number and the reason for the refund in your email.
2. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) for a refund, including the return address and any additional shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us within 30 days of receiving the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@acecart.store with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.
