Return and Exchange Policy

At ACE CART, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return or exchange process:

Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, final sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to the product description or contact us for clarification.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@acecart.store within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s), including the return address and any additional shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us within 30 days of receiving the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

Exchange Process:

  1. Follow the same steps outlined above to initiate a return request for the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. When contacting our customer service team, please indicate the item(s) you would like to exchange and provide the details of the new item(s) you wish to receive (e.g., size, color).
  3. Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the original item(s) and process the exchange. Any price difference between the original and exchanged item(s) will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@acecart.store with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.
